They get the order wrong every. single. time. I have never once been to this location and received what I ordered, the way I... ordered it. There is always, ALWAYS, something screwed up. They leave something out, forget sauce packets, napkins, etc. And ifyou order anything with a modification like "no lettuce", it is 100% definitely going to have lettuce. The employees just don'tcare, it's that simple. In addition to consistently getting the order wrong, they make it so sloppy and messy its almost likethey made it with their eyes closed then shook the bag before giving it to the customer. Taco Bell in general has terribleservice, but this one is especially bad. And the owner/managers obviously could not care any less. Read more

On 3 different occasions I have went to this location to order food. On all 3 visits, I was left standing at the counter with... no greeting or an offer to take order while the entire crew ignored the front counter for 10+ minutes. Plenty others werewalking out as well. To the owner, If your are going to do this horrible of a job with this location, please close it! Read more
Had a pleasant experience when I asked the Manager *Heather* for her help with something. She was professional and courteous and... I wish more folks could be kind & helpful like Heather when dealing with customers. Hope she gets the nod from the upper levels. Read more
I'm not sure why this place Is called fast food, it always takes up to ten mins to go from the ordering post, to the window,... don't get me wrong I love the food, but it should not take that long to get your food, and today, they gave me my food, butdidn't give me my drink, I sit there for 2 more mind until one of the staff finally turned around from talking to anotheremployee, and then they acted like it was an inconvenience to them. Today the service wasn't bad or anything most the time the service is ok but over and over when I go there I have been giving... many chance now just to see if it got better the taco bell side is just lacking badly in quality and amount of taco filling youget but today was just it for me I know that this is a value item but shouldn't be like this. This taco bell is terrible and should not even be opened. The manager was rude and cussing at customer who complained about the... order being wrong. I waited 40 minutes at the counter before finally requesting my money back. Which got me treated rudely. Allwhile more than 4 more people came inside with incorrect orders. All in all it was about 10 people inside waiting for food orwith some kind of issue. Absolute nightmare taco bell. I wish I could post videos on here as I have the video of the managercursing at a customer over her missing combo meal that she waited 45 minutes for. It appears they built a nice new building forthis location only to employ it with the absolute worst people they could find. It's hard to say the reason for the issues is arush of customers when employees making food are playing on their phones. It also tends to be a rush of customers when 9 out of10 orders are wrong. The even funnier thing about this taco bell is none of the employees wear name tags not even the manager.So how does one call corporate about the manager cursing at them when they have no name to tell corporate. The manager refusedto give the customer their name when asked. If the owner of this restaurant wishes to look into this it happened at 6:45 to7:15pm on November 23 2022.
