I believe they were short staffed so it took a while to get our food. But usually is rather quick service!
I ordered a 3pc chicken tenders meal that costed over $12. What I got was 3 stringy pieces that tasted like it's been fried 3... days ago and just sitting and waiting under the heat lamp for someone to order it. For that much money it's cheaper to go to thebowling ally where they always wait to make fresh to order fried chicken for half the price. We will not and have not gone backto this location. Read more
They didn't fill our fry containers and 1 was upside down in bag. The last 3-4 times I have went there the tea is spoiled and I... have told employees. I don't know if the changed the brand of tea or maybe the tea urn isn't getting cleaned properly. Read more
Not great. There was 1 young girl working the front by herself. She was doing a good job. Repeating back the orders and keeping... a game face on despite the amount of stress she was feeling.. There was 1 car pulled forward before us and we were asked to alsopull ahead. We did, followed by 3 other cars. So a total of 5 cars pulled up waiting.. All of the 4 cars received their food andwe were still waiting for ours. From the time our order was put into the computer until the time we received our food was 16minutes. Service was slow and waited about 10-15 minutes to get food. Three cars waited and clerk brought out every one's order at the... same time. I was the middle one. Read more
Hardees is way better than McDonald's. Just wish prices weren't so high for meals. That's why I give them 4 stars
I had not been through a Hardee's drive through since I retired. Was suprised at how much the food went up, the hash rounds were... hot but not crispy. At one time this place was busy all day, it stands as a shell of its former self. I hope management works tobring it back to its former glory. The employees were very nice and my order was correct.
