I use the drive thru and have stated most times that I wanted ICED latte. Then I get to the window and they're handing me a hot... latte. What they say is that I'm not asking for the iced option. I can understand their frustration but don't think theyunderstand or care about mine. Always yummy coffee and great service when we go to Caribou. Got the ho ho mint blended. It was very tasty. My niece always... gets the strawberry banana smoothie. Love that the hot chocolate drinks gives a choice of milk, dark, or white chocolate. Read more
