I ordered a medium pizza. Contactless delivery (per their websites direction). Heard the knock on my hotel door and within 5... seconds i went and grabbed my box of food. Opened it up and to my surprise there was no pizza! I had garlic knots and some bowlof marinara and cheese sauce. Called them to explain what had just happened. After a few minutes i was told that someone must'veran away with my pizza and miraculously switched it with a piping hot box of garlic knots. Basically told it was my fault fortelling them to knock and leave it at the door. I asked for a replacement pizza and i would send them a picture of what I hadreceived but they wanted nothing to do with it. Very poor customer service.never again!! Read more
I had a large chicken bacon ranch pizza delivered to my hotel tonight. I showed up cold, and hard. Burnt/over cooked. There was... 5 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza. I have bought $3 frozen pizza's better than this. Absolutely discussing. I ate 1 peaceand threw it away. Don't order from the Dominos in Virginia Minnesota. Read more
I should have read the reviews before placing my order and wasting my time. I?m usually not one to complain, but this situation... left me no choice! I ordered 3 items at 7:15 PM. When I didn?t see my food arrive at 8:50, I called to find out the status ofmy order. They told me the persons car broke down and they had to come back. I never received a phone call in regards to anupdate for the status of my order. I told them I would arrive to pick it up. I got there and requested to see if my order wascold, of course it was cold! I was told my order would take 40 minutes in order to complete even though this error was still nofault of my own. The employee should have remade it immediately and jumped it above the rest. I asked for a refund and I guesswe?ll see if I get it. I?d probably not be writing this extended review had someone just call me to tell me what happened. Justbe upfront with people! Read more
My favorite delivery place around here. They always have great food and it is usually delivered pretty quick. My only complaint... is the cookie brownie pizza has been burnt the last few times I ordered. I order them weekly haha. Maybe needs to be rotatedhalfway thru baking? Regardless, I will still continue ordering them :) Read more
What a dump. This place is just dirty. The windows in front haven't ever been cleaned and the floors are crazy dirty. I got a... pizza that looked like it was made by wild animals and when I called to complain I got hung up on. Probably won't ever orderagain. Read more
This domino's is pretty rough shape. The people who try to prepare what is considered a simple meal to make struggle greatly... and if shows when you see their end product. However you probably won't get that far becsude if they close at let's say 11:00p.m. if you call in or order online anytime after 9:30 they run the cycle from prep to bake and they are not making your good'just a way to side table you until you realize what's going on and then it's too late and if you try and make a claim withDomino's or file a complaint it doesn't exist because they never actually completed the order. That's the only thing they'regood at there is not making food and not delivering it and finding ways to do that the very thing. Don?t bother. Order Dave?s or Snickers Pizza instead. The Virginia, MN Dominos blows. Nothing is ever hot, the sauce on their... wings is so barely drizzled, something is always missing from the order, they never follow up for a refund or on the complaint.I live a few hundred feet from the store and it still takes the drivers a half hour to get here. This place is horrible I ordered online and on my way there checking order status and it tells me tech problem call store show... up they gave my food to someone else then remaid order and missed pasta and my kids cheese pizza waited an hour and 20 mins andthey said whatever call corporate if you want a refund Read more
