My family and I go through Virginia while traveling often. We now have a baby and like to stop to eat and change the baby at the... same time. I quickly realized that neither of the bathrooms had a baby changing station, forcing me to change my baby on thefloor. (Gross) I kindly asked one of the workers to mention to their manager that they needed to install a changing station andI was appalled by her response. She laughed at me and said ?we are a new store and they will never do that.? Her dismissal of myfeedback was not only frustrating, but also ignorant. This was the 2nd time that I had the worst food from here. The top bun was cold, like it just came out of the refrigerator. The... bottom bun was dried out 1/2" all the way around the outside edge. I loved my hot grilled non meat burger. Service was provided cheerfully. It was huge,thick and well grilled and smothered... ketchup ,mustard,mayo, lettuce,tomato and onions. So good. I'm not sure if it's on the menu but if you like this kind ofthing,it's worth asking for. Nice touch was the bottom half was wrapped for easier handling. Read more
