Used the drive through for breakfast. There were quite a few cars in both lanes. The lines moved very quickly. The customer... service was very spot on and I received my items quickly. Sat in the drive thru for well over 20 minutes, by the time I got to order it was 10:31 and I was told breakfast was done. ... Nothing but major attitude this morning from whoever answered the phone . I waited 10 minutes in spot 4 for my breakfast had to... leave for work I called about reversing the charges . was rudely told well I ran outside and no one was there and no you have tocome back with your credit card because she ont do it . Waited 10 minutes and was verbally berated for checking if there was anyone on the other end after 2 minutes and being the only... vehicle in the drive through.. it still took 4 minutes for an answer and I was told they were getting the other lane which wasempty.. I sat for another 2 minutes and made one last desperate attempt to get a happy meal and even that was too much to askfor. Big shout out to this McDonalds in Virginia, MN and the lady manager the morning of June 29. We got on the road from Tower for a... 10 hour trip home and placed a breakfast order. When we got there at 10:32 one of the employees said the order had been canceledsince breakfast ended at 10:30. The gal in charge made it right and was super friendly about it. Staff was very rude to me and one other guy inside. I made a mobile order for curbside then went inside after waiting for 15... minutes. The girl I talked to was very rude to me. When I finally got my caramel frappe it was melted and gross, so I had to gothrough the drive thru to get another one, where again I was given attitude. Read more
