The food was tasty, but served cold. Meatloaf and mash potatoes shouldn't be refrigerator temperature on my plate. The... waitress never came back to check on us. Only brought food and the bill. Always good food, always good service, doesn't take too long unless you're with a group and even then it's not terribly long.... Can get a bit congested with the seating sometimes when they're busy which makes maneuvering with a walker or baby car seatdifficult. But they're the only place I've seen have a basket type holder for infant carseats which is great! Read more

This place is amazing, great tasting food, excellent value, and the waitress was very well mannered. The only thing I didn't... like was the girl who we asked for a table, she seemed a little rude, but I get it, it was busy and very overwhelming for her,probably her first job. The Virginia Village Inn is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. The staff are always kind and welcoming, the manager is... friendly and knows the regulars, and the food is always made well and put on your table promptly. I've never had a rude serveror a bad food experience at this location and I've been coming for my whole life. I would definitely recommend this Village Innto a friend. Love going here! Lots of food for a reasonable price. To top it off the staff is always unreasonably friendly!
