I just got back and oh my goodness this was an amazing experience! We’re from out of town and were looking for a fancy... experience and this definitely fulfilled it!!! Our waitress (Stacy) was so kind and immediately got us our waters and wasamazing conversation. As a former waitress myself, I was just extremely impressed. We all were! The food was incredible andeverything we got left us with our jaws at the floor. Even our Italian friend approved of it all! Additionally, we had to changeour reservation and it was so easy! Our table was set when we got there and every staff member was so pleasant. After gettingour car towed, a bit burned, and having a generally stressful day, Aldo’s really cheered us up. This turned from an excuse todress up and a pasta craving into an experience I won’t forget and a restaurant I definitely want to go to (or at least orderfrom) again! The experience was first class all the way! Great service and waitstaff. Excellent food prep. All entrees were served at the... proper temperature. Ordered beet salad, ceasar salad, foccacia flatbread, chicken parm, puttanesca, and dessert. Stronglyrecommend the foccacia and beet salad (if you like beets). We came here for my boyfriend's mom's birthday and enjoyed a bottle of wine. We ordered the Fresh Littleneck Clams which were... delicious. There was fresh bread brought to the table afterwards but it would have been great with the sauce. For dinner, Iordered the Romanelli Alla Vodka and my boyfriend ordered the Sausage Umbria. Both were delicious but I preferred the SausageUmbria. It had a great Mushroom creamy sauce. For our desserts, we ordered the Apple Pie and Peach Cobbler. Both were deliciousbit the peaches were just a little softer. Took awhile after we got our desserts for our server to come back and check on us andget our check. Went to dinner with co workers last night hand an incredible time. Appetizers were delighted, must try us the eggplant stack,... calamari, lollipop lambchop. I had the catch of the day which was flounder, it was made right and season just enough. We alsoenjoyed desserts and after dinner cocktails. Service was fantastic and attentive. The best experience for similar category restaurant. The service level is a league of its own. Waitress Vivian was highly... attentive. As I walked to restroom, a waiter (unfortunately didn't get his name) opened the door for me. These actions aretestament of good team-work and of pride that staffs carry at work.
