Let me start this off with saying, I?m only giving them two stars because I?d like them to be good again. We ordered an 18in... pizza last night, we were told it would be 25 minutes until it was ready. We arrived about thirty minutes later. When we gotthere, there was no one at the register, customer or employee. We noticed a girl sitting a booth on the left on her phone, wholooked at us then continued to sit there. A few minutes later she decided to get up to ring us out. Um ma?am I thought you werewaiting for an order too, not an employee. Not just that the pizza is either under cooked or over cooked. This time it was overcooked and my dog even hesitated to eat the crust, when she did she struggle to even chew the small piece. We?ve been supportingthis place for years, but we won?t be anymore. I LOVE brothers pizza, but I LOVE it more than I used to now that they have this new bar tender. I think her name is Tania or... Tonya, but either way she corrected my order that my server messed up. (I asked for buttered noodles with broccoli and gotbutter soup with no broccoli) she immediately took responsibility and it wasn't even her responsibility. It happened to be thatthe server rung my order in wrong. She was more than pleasant and made sure that I was comfortable waiting for my food to beremade. I honestly hope to see her every time I go in there. And just a heads up to anyone reading this, THE BOOZY WINGS ARETHE BEST IN TOWN!!!!!!!!!!! We ordered the Family Special (two large x1-topping pizzas, 50 wings with a two liter) and because there were 12 people, we... ordered another 50 wings for pickup. This was perfect for our group, and the wing sauce (one order of Bros sauce and one boozy)was excellent. And the pick-up time was less than we were told - so that was nice. My only complaint was that I ordered a saladfor myself, a Bros Banging Buffalo Chicken Salad. It was less than a handful of lettuce, two slices of green pepper, two slicesof tomatoes, two of red onion rings, no croutons were on it - although I didn't ask for them to be left off, and a mild saucedchicken. I did ask for no blue cheese and extra cheddar cheese instead, which was accommodated. I didn't look at the saladbefore leaving, but should have. It looked like the salad was left on a hot spot to keep things warm because the cheese hadmelted in the salad into a clump. Everyone in the group kept asking how the salad was, I could only reply, "Sad." I have a petduck, his salads that he eats on the daily are bigger than this was - with way more veggies. And I don't spend $13 for his likeI did for mine. My fault I guess, maybe I should have looked at the salad before leaving the restaurant. But other than thesalad, everything was good. Read more
