Last night we ordered to-go, again. Big mistake, again. I ordered the house sampler WITHOUT crema, cilantro, and jalapeños.... Guess what was all over the nachos? Yep! Crema, cilantro, and jalapeños. The crema and jalapeños had spread to the rest of theappetizer. When we called up there, the kitchen manager tried to refund us a small percentage of the price of the appetizer.None of it was edible! To add insult to injury, EVERYTHING was rock-hard cold. I live a about 6 minutes away. Supposedly "Joey"checked out meal(whatever that means). Food came to the table 10 minutes apart, restaurant was almost empty. Our waitress, while taking our order, called out another... couple who were leaving and basicly accused them of not paying, when they had paid. Our waitress twice put items on our tablethat weren't ours. The waitress/serve was horrible. Our order was wrong, and waitress didn't care to correct the situation. Read more
I always come here and dine in. Today I just wanted to come home and enjoy my food. Guess I should had just ate in. Fries cold... and gave me a half of a hand full. I asked for my wings go be extra cooked and wings not even fully cooked. I paid $42 for myfamily's dinner tonight and got $5 quality worth of food. Not the greatest we?ve gotten from a BWW. Opened the box and had not even a hand full of fries and they weren?t even warm. I... don?t think this is worth $5 as a side. Second time this has happened..wanted to try it again to see if the first was a fluke. Don?t think we?ll be back. Read more
