This location used to be really bad food always wrong, cold, customer service was horrible...so much so i stopped eating BK. but... my last 4 visits have been a complete 180 and looks like its not a fluke. In my opinion the worst place I've been to. first off it took almost 30 minutes to get my order then they messed up the order... and then they want to argue and have an attitude because they got the order wrong when I asked for the big boss they refused togive me the big boss so I'll admit I put a corporate complaint in. I refuse to come back here nor my wife refuse to come backhere. I will not recommend this to anyone and if I can give zero stars or negative star I will. They're also advertising icecream and shakes on the big billboard screen in front of the counter but the cashier said we have no ice cream productswhatsoever. They also charge one guy $47 for two Whoppers. Wow just wow. Buyer beware. The cook said to the cashier not to takeany more orders till he was ready. The lobby was pretty dirty and not sanitary. Nothing like knowing I should not have gone to this BK because of a previous bad experience but did it anyway. Ordered a... breakfast #1. Looking through the drive through window, all of the sandwiches were pre-made ahead of time, do not know how longago the sandwiches were made, the tots were burnt to hell and the coffee not even fresh. I really like this location for convenience & the fact that their dining room is open. The staff is friendly and seem to be... efficient, and the food is good. My only criticism is something I find to be pretty common at many many fast food places thesedays (after the long pandemic months): the staff forget that the customer can hear ALL of their conversations (including fouland obscene language) and they share WAY WAY too much!! Also, the floors don't seem clean or perhaps they are left soapy,because they are slippery. Perhaps as their dine-in business increases their behavior will improve and become more professionaland hospitable to guests. Read more
I visited this restaurant at 9pm on a Tues., I was told at the drive thru, nothing available but a burger or a whopper, & some... fries! (Noting that this is a hour & a half before they close!) So I ordered a cheeseburger & fries! I got cold fries & a halfraw burger! Two girls doing all the work while one guy worker is walking around in the parking lot doing nothing! & The otherguy worker is just standing on the size where the menu?s at, just standing there doing nothing! I ordered drive-thru a double cheese Whopper. End up getting a single cheese Whopper. I picked up the sandwich and took a nice... bite into it realize it was a single Whopper. Turned around went inside showed the lady behind the counter she took care of itthe manager came gave me a hard time cuz I threw the sandwich away after the young lady had seen it behind the counter. This isnot our policy but I'm going to do you a favor and make you another sandwich and give me a hard time about it and very nastyother customers came in were complaining also a policeman came in and had the same problem he wanted no mayonnaise on hissandwich.
