12/03/2022 Let me start with I feel for the woman taking orders. Not only was she taking orders but also expediting food and... cooking food in the fryers. She appeared to have no back up. I?m grateful for the guy who?s sole duty was putting topping on therolls. Sir if it wasn?t for all the mayo you slapped on that bun I couldn?t get through the driest steak I?ve ever encountered.The problems continued to the boneless wings. Cold and undercooked is the simplest status I could give them. Overallexperience took 20 minutes to get our food but two bites to recognize mistakes were made. Save your time and money. Read more

I love Charleys!!! Their cheesesteaks are so flavorful (I normally order with everything on it like) but lately I've been hooked... on their wings and crinkle fries combos. Boned & Boneless!! Their Garlic Parmesan is my favorite. I always go through the drivethrough and everyone is always so nice at the window and when taking my orders. This is my first and last visit to Charlie?s. Meat was very dry it was like eating jerky on a roll. I asked for extra I... didn?t get it. This has to be the worse cheese steak place I have ever been to. It was a waste of $25. We ordered the chickenteriyaki which was terrible, and salty (yuck), my wife ordered the chicken fillet which was suppose to have grilled onion andmushrooms and surprise surprise no mushroom. When we went inside the staff was more concerned arguing with each other thengetting our order right. I do not recommend this restaurant it is a waste of money. This is a new Charlie?s cheesesteak, andwings, but if they continue bad service, and nasty food I do not see them staying open much longer. I would rather shop atsubway there food is not dry with little ingredients. The manager should be fired because it?s obvious they do not know HOW totrain their staff to offer good service, or there cooks to prepare quality food. I know from personal experience I?ve owned 6restaurants, and I grew up in restaurants my entire life that my parents owned. Read more

I've been eating at Charley's since the store was in the mall, In fact I am happy to see the same young lady working at both... stores who literally had seen my son grow up!! That's how long I (we've) been going to Charley's!! If she sees my review, shewill probably realize who I am????. California Chicken sandwich is still a long time favorite!! Super expensive for a fast food restaurant. It?s about 15 for a meal. You can go to a real restaurant and get actual quality... meat, and ingredients for the same price. It?s decent for fast food, but that?s all you?re paying for. They also ask for tips inthe drive through. Someone needs to tell them that?s incredibly classless, and tacky. Read more

I placed an online order. I?ve never been here before. I went to the drive thru to pick it up, only I was told ?you can come in... for that? with no explanation (exactly like that). I even repeated the statement to make sure we were quite clear how unhelpfulshe wanted to be for the review and the survey. If they don?t do mobile orders at the drive thru, please state so instead ofthat answer. She could have said ?go away? and that would have been the same sentiment expressed. Went inside now to get thisorder and half of it was missing. Staff all but ignored me until I finally got someone?s attention that my order was wrong, andfive minutes later the order was complete. Nobody apologized, smiled, or even bothered to check in. And they were not that busy.No lines, few people in the drive thru. So if you?re a new customer (and I did have the new customer coupon too), the dmv mightshow more concern, willingness to help, or customer satisfaction. Read more

Was ok, I went inside to order because the drive thru line wrapped around the building and wasn?t really moving. Inside, I found... the employees arguing among themselves and not appearing very happy to be working there. The wings were good! But, it?sexpensive and pricey and was a lil disappointed that they forgot the bacon on the bacon cheese fries. Read more

I've been twice since they opened, first time i asked for the philly with only cheese and onion. it still came with everything... on it and the box they put it in was so big that it flipped over and the cheese was stuck on the wrapper and box unable to bepulled off and the sandwich was all over the box , almost like it was just thrown in there. tonight i decided to give it anothershot, and this experience was worse than the first. same issue with cheese stuck to everything and i paid $4 for bacon cheesefries that had just cheese and barely any. for as much as my order was i feel like i got robbed. as you can see in that picture,those "bacon & cheese fries" are not worth it. don't waste your time or money on this place. hopefully it's just because theyare new.
