I usually have a great experience but today the owner was not here. Staff brought pizza but no plates or silverware. Pizza was... just ok not great. At the end of the meal my 3 small children needed to wash hands and use restroom. I did not see a sign closedfor cleaning so we used the bathroom. On the way out a employee confronted me about why I went in the bathroom when it wasclearly closed. I tried to joke saying you obviously don?t have kids. They can?t hold it. He said no I don?t but you could seeit?s closed so why did you go in. I asked to speak to the owner who always waits on us and was rudely told he?s not here today.This person needs to be fired. I have ordered from here for me and my mom while visiting VA. I like their healthy choices for their pizza. I like how they... kept me updated on when my pizza will be ready and when it?s headed my way. I really like their pizza and wings. I ordered mymom most recently the pizza and wings in the photo. Best thing is I ordered it all the way from Germany on Donatos website. Fastand reliable and good quality is what I appreciate. Thank you for helping me make my mom smile. They have the best vegan pizza ever!!!! Unlike most flat cauliflower pizzas this one is nice and crisp with the right amount of... sauce to toppings ratio. I love it here!!!!
