I had the best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. I had a young African American lady, ( she was about 5 ft 2" tall)to... help me for the first time with my McDonald's app. Anyone has ever asked before for the last 2 years had no clue or chose not tohelp me. I wish I could remember this young lady's name I think she was a manager. She was so kind and helpful. This store isthe best!! I also go to once and a blue moon to the Haygood McDonald's they are too busy and the service is so slow. Thatkeeps me from going to this location. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my entire life. It's my personalopinion that this store could use some great management improvement as It is a very busy location!! Read more
I was on lunch break. I waited at least 45 minutes in the drive thru. I saw cars leaving the line which I should have. I finally... made it back to my job, late. The fries and the burger were cold. The only thing that was good was the Coca-Cola. I will nevereat there again. Read more
We came here to get dinner on our way home from a trip. There was no one inside but, we still had to wait to get service. Unlike... other fast food joints in the area, this one had an open dine-in area so, we could use the rest room. When we went therestaurant was busy and the staff was slow and short tempered. This is such a nice McDonald?s since it?s been renovated. The drive thru which has double lanes can be busy. So, I always use... the app, order ahead and pull into the specified parking spaces and there is usually a very short wait for my order. The appalways has great specials and surprise freebies. When the dining room is open, we order ahead or at the kiosk inside and stay toeat inside. Service inside is usually quick and they bring it right to the table. The employees are always polite, friendlyand helpful. When the weather is nice, we sometimes sit at the picnic table in the lawn area at the back of the lot, which isalways very clean. I?ve never seen trash on the lawn around the picnic table. Dining area and bathrooms are usually very clean.McDonald?s ice cream iis all natural and made with low-fat milk. No artificial flavors or colors and no preservatives. Youwon?t find healthier, better tasting soft serve anywhere! This is the one McDonald?s in the Virginia Beach area that doesn?tconsistently have a broken ice cream machine. It recently broke down and there was actually a technician on site fixing it. Idon?t understand why the other locations can?t get their ice cream machines repaired quickly but this is my favorite McDonaldsanyway! Read more
I missed breakfast at the hotel and decided to go to the local McDonald?s. I went through the drive thru which had multiple... lanes. In fact, I did not have to wait. The associate was friendly when taking my order and then payment. As I pulled up to thesecond windows the team member was friendly as well and my food was ready swiftly. I took it back to the hotel and it was stillhot. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was really good. The biscuit was warm and flaky with just the right amount of egg andcheese. 25 min wait in Drive Thru. Total for the food was 42.97 for the Same order we always get for 28.38 at other McDonalds. They did... not take off the coupon for $1.00 Large fries. They left out a double cheeseburger and order of medium fries. Got home and beganeating it, all 3 quarter pounders were raw. My children got about halfway through theirs before my wife stopped them. The frieswere awful. Returned the food. The man who was the manager was very professional and he was very apologetic. He refunded ourmoney and told us to call the General Manager in the Morning. He gets 5 stars. Very nice man. My children got sick to therestomach and diarrhea. My wife only got an upset stomach. The photos were after 2 mins in the microwave on high. I waited as long as I could to try their new crispy chicken sandwich, everything from the bread down to the chicken itself was... delicious, the sauce as you can see is runny a little not as spicy as I thought however I was not disappointed, I woulddefinitely come back to this location as well, everything was hot & fresh, and the service was great.
