Its a great restaurant but its very pricey for what you get and for the past give or take 4 orders we\'ve had there has been... some sort of error like not adding Bonito flakes or mixing the soups on the Ramen. I\'m very disappointed how my order was handled. I\'ve placed my order at Noon, but gave a specific time that I was going to... pick-up at 5:30. It was obvious to me they didn\'t pay attention to the time of pick-up. My garlic parm ck was cold and soggy.MyTai tea DXL smoothe became milk tea. Also, I\'m afraid to even try eating my poké bowl or taco bc of the raw fish and i cantell those were set out all those hours w/o refrigeration. I did try calling them after placing the noon order to warming themabout the time of pick-up, but no one will pick up the phone nor will they pick up when I trying calling about this missedhandling of my order. Ordered today, spent around $70. The wait was long but it was understandable since it?s a Sunday and with the discount. The... drinks were okay. Some were downright horrible. My honeydew smoothie was extremely sweet despite us wanting 30% sugar. The taromilk tea was tasteless. Other drinks like red bean smoothie and sweetheart was very good. The food was bad. The burrito wassoggy and the tempura in the burrito tasted like 90% batter and 10% shrimp. Ramen base was weird but was ok. Chicken katsu wasso thin that some parts looked like there weren?t any chicken. Overall, some drinks were good, volcano sushi was good, buteverything else was kinda eh. Completely understand it being opening weekend and with the discount having to wait an extra 30 minutes for my online order,... but...\n\nThe gyoza dumplings were soft, not crispy. 2 if the spring rolls were soggy. The milk cap tea was Luke warm with nomilk cap, because it was ready in time and the other food was not, So it sat and got warm for the 30minutes.\n\nFlavorwise:\nDumplings were good. Nothing special. May have been better a bit crispy.\n\nThe spring roll had a greatflavor and the sauce is a more fishy tasting than some but good.\n\nThe teriyaki chicken has a great flavor. Also has the skinon some pieces, personally not my favorite way to have it.\n\nThe coconut chicken is amazing! Crispy, weird since the rest wasnot. Definitely recommend this item.\n\nThe milk cap tea was ok. I do like the tea flavor that comes through. I think it wouldhave been much better at the right temperature. They were super busy, I didn?t know it was opening day (I just moved her last week) The staff was going a million miles an hr... and still got our food correct, and it tasted amazing!! I can?t wait for the ?rush? to die down at this place and become aregular here. Make your own Poke bowl is what I got and it was perfect, wife got the ramen and it brought her back to being inJapan it was so good. The lychee green tea!! Ordered online on the Ouka Sora website. Site wasn\'t hard to navigate, but scrolling through all the options can take time.... They have a lot of food options including poke bowls, ramen, sushi burritos, sushi tacos, and lots of appetizers. They also havea good menu of beverage drink options. I ordered a pick 2 poke bowl and a matcha milk tea. The inside of the restaurant isclean, colorful and modern. Walk in customers order on 2 tablet kiosks, which is convenient, but you may as well just orderonline for the same experience. My order was ready in 15 minutes and the presentation of the food and drink is awesome. My pokebowl came in an actual sphere container with a convenient holder, and my drink in a matte non-slip cup. They also had brandedreusable bags.\nMy poke bowl was delicious, packed with everything I requested and very filling. My matcha milk tea was good,but the boba was undercooked and hard to chew in some spots. I also prefer heat seal boba drink cups as opposed to lids so thedrink can be shaken to mix up the boba. As cute as the little heart seal is for the drink spout, it does not provide a tightseal and my drink did leak when I tried to shake up my boba.\nOverall it was a great experience and definitely a goodrecommendation if you\'re looking for some poke and a boba beverage.
