Decided to order delivery online from Outback, for my brother and his family for his birthday. I?m 900 miles away. Ordering... was so easy, there was a minor glitch but I must say that the manager on duty Joe, went above and beyond to make sureeverything was perfect. Chicken had a very bad taste and both the steak and chicken had so much seasoning that you couldn't taste the steak. Had to... wait for it to be remade and received a $5 comp for the chicken. Then heard the table by us had to wait as their food wasburnt. Their credit card systems are down as well. Cash only. Read more

Ordered two 6 oz. steak dinners and did curbside take-away 12/12/2021 ... now the size of the steak alone is laughable in... comparison to the potato, but the being burnt and over cooked is just uncalled for. We dined at the Nimmo Pkw location on October 9th, 2022. To say the least, it was one of the most terrible experiences we had... ever had. The only good thing was we were seated quickly. The rest was down hill. I posted a honest review of our visit and wascontacted by the manager the next day. I relayed to him what was so bad about the visit and he immediately offered us a returnfree meal on our choosing. We returned on November 20, 2022 for the free meal. I must say it was one of the best meals we havehad in quite a while. We were seated quickly and service was great. Avery took great care of us from the start. The food was hotand deliciously prepared. My faith was restored and we will certainly be back. Read more
