The food is yummy and so good. I just found out that I have a gluten sensitivity issue so I am only able to eat gluten-free... foods. So now I usually eat General Tso chicken and the Egg Fu Young meals. Pan China staff are very understanding and willaccomodate my small request but you must be patient and explain in terms that they understand since English is their secondlanguage. Both dishes have no gluten inside...I usually have the Egg Fu Young sauce put in a different container since it mighthave some gluten. I visit Pan China at least twice a month. The chop suey was slimy and tasted awful. I will not eat here again.
