This pizza ???? was burned, over cooked. I waited over 30 minutes to bring this pizza home. Had to wait 5 minutes to be welcome,... before one of the delivery drivers to come in off a delivery and take my order. I would take it back and get my money ????. Ijust got off work and just don't feel like going back out in this weather. All of the pepperoni is unidentifiable. Just Redlittle charcoal circles. Will never go back to this location. The BEST Pizza Hut in Hampton Roads! They never disappoint. Our order is always correct, every single time. Food is hot and... fresh. Waited of the 20mins to go pick up my order. Food was stated to have been made but they couldn't find it. ???? I was asked to... sit and wait on another one to be made. I have always had a bad experience ordering from this location. 3 times now I've ordered then received a call saying no... delivery driver and I needed to cancel or pick it up myself. The 2 times that i ended up picking up myself they never creditedme the prepaid tip that i applied when ordering online. When I called today the person answered the phone and just said "hello"and when I asked if this was pizza hut, she replies "uuuh, yes it is" with a huge attitude. If I ever want pizza hut again I'llbe doing carryout from the Rosemont rd/VA Beach Blvd location which is only a couple miles from this one. Read more
Today is April 26 ,2022 tell me why these 2 female preparing pizza with know gloves now the guy put his gloves on placing the... pepperoni on someone pizza No!!! I stopped at the pizza hut on Holland road across from Kroger's. Busy place. But they helped me place my order. Driver carried... my order out to the car for me. Great service. Food was excellent. Their new melts are great. Read more
