This location needs to be cleaned. It's also in a bit of disrepair. The food was ok. Not bad not fantastic. The seating service... is slow. Our waitress was bubbly and nice. Food was great. 3 of us sat in a booth by the bar. My husband ordered a drink. It was leaking on the table. Many napkins were... used over time to clean it up. Leak was where the stem meets the base of the glass ????. When the server was told I guess shedidn't believe him and thought it was a joke. Shouldn't have had to pay for it. It wasn't a joke. I ordered from their Uber eats/door dash Pasta Americana menu and I received raw chicken. I called and I was told they could not... do anything about it, it was Uber Eats? problem. The restaurant took absolutely no responsibility for serving me this food. Read more
My waitress was rude, kept saying the menu changed and never bother to ask questions about changed. Tea was like water and she... just said I don't drink tea instead letting the staff know. I live on Long Island where every RT has been closed. I miss the salad bar and while traveling we stopped in VA beach at this... RT. The place was very clean and the employees very friendly. Our server Godwin was great , a pleasure. If in the area it'sworth a stop. Read more
Enjoyable lunch with two of our grandkids. They both got the endless salad bar and enjoyed their filled plates. Our entrees... were all well presented and delicious. Our server was friendly, efficient and good with the 10 & 15 year olds. Read more
I used to go to this particular Ruby Tuesdays for years and they used to be great. Unfortunately, their quality has gone... downhill. The entire place was entirely empty even for rush hour and their prices left a lot to be desired for the meal I hadreceived. It's really saddening to be seeing a place like this crumble. The service was okay but the waitress did lookdiscouraged at the fact that she had to serve me. Only reason I give it a 3-star rating is because it's reminiscent of goodtimes as it has not changes its look. Read more
Ordered to go today 12/2/22 tilapia was over cooked to the point the edges were dried to a crisp shrimps where overcooked nearly... crunchy. Baked potato had to been cooked the day before the only edible part was the melted cheese down the middle the rest wasdehydrated. Anyone with eyes who handled and made this order knew the food was horrible and sent it out anyway. Worst RTexperience ever. This is why your business is dieing. Read more
