Ordered chicken teriyaki rolls with avocado and sesame seeds and they didn't make it correct (no avocado) refused to remake it,... sushi staffer was rude and took the food and threw it angry in the trash and tried to refuse my refund request. Read more

I had a very bad experience with customer service . Waiter rushed me to sign my check just to see how much tip I left . He said... ?you not gone tip me for my services? well I was gonna leave cash but now I am not . SO RUDE. Talked to manager she did notunderstand English I think . Won?t be going back! Read more

The steam rice isn?t steam rice at all. It?s dry and hard. There?s reason why the amount of water put in plays a vital roles in... making the type of rice. Also there?s starch too which indicates that the rice was never rinse prior to cooking. Read more

No greeting at the counter. The lady just stared at me. I ordered and noticed the cook put the rice and vegetables on my plate... and it was one scoup each. I watched before I ordered and the other cook and the cashier put two scoops each of rice andvegetables. Mine was about half the amount. I was looking at more plates go up behind mine and the cook who put less food onmine noticed I kept looking at the size of the plate and the other size plates. He kept looking and turning his head and evenput shrimp on the one behind mine which was a full plate and then put my beef and shrimp on the smaller serving. The fried ricewas just white rice with soy sauce. Not fried at all. With the no greeting and purposely small portion, and food was off. Iwon't be eating here again. Cold attitudes. Me and my dad ordered some teriyaki and rolls. My dad got his order and I got my rolls, but I never got my teriyaki. They tried... to tell me to pay for it again, even when I showed the receipt saying that I already paid for it. They were insistent I repay sowe got frustrated and ultimately left without my teriyaki. I never had such horrible service before and I'm NEVER coming back. Read more

We went when they had a line and it was busy. I can expect some sort of rush so that really isn't the issue. We got to the end... of the line where they gave us our bento boxes then proceeded to rush us out of the line. We had ordered tempura and a volcanoroll as well. We almost didn't get the tempura and just left the line without receiving our volcano roll. Essentially we paidfor food we never got whilst the employees were being rude to get us out of the way. One of my families favorite places to go to when at Lynnhaven Mall. It is located night next to Chickfila. I?m so glad they... didn?t get rid of it when they did the food court transformation. Always a long line but it goes fast. They have many choicesbut everyone knows that the chicken teriyaki special is the best. We always get that with a choice of white or fried rice. Thenwe ask for extra steam veggies. If we are feeling ?greedy? we ask for double meat. Not going to lie. I remember when double meatwas 99 cents. Now they raised the prices over the years and I feel like the ?double? meat also got smaller. BUT WE STILL AREGOING TO GET IT THOUGH. At the end, we also ask the cook if we can get some extra sauce on top to top it off. Always a greatstop for food. I saw that they have a bento box. I am going to try that one day. Read more
