Love this place! Their custard is amazing and sizes are definently bigger than i remember as a kid, thats not a bad thing ???? ... definently kid friendly. Not 100 things on the menu to choose from, so kids can choose what they want themselves. Would stronglyrecommend for families for a good, quick summer outing. Read more

super delicious custard, but they have long waits and they?re never consistent. i usually check the flavors beforehand on... facebook, so i was super excited when i saw they had all of my favorite flavors today. i went and they did not have any of theflavors that i saw online. luckily, i live close by because i would have been super disappointed if i traveled there, just tofind out they don?t have any good flavors. i used to love this place, but they make it difficult to want to come back. I LOVE Rita?s and I go there maybe like twice or 3 times a week, but I tried to call a couple times and never got a answer. This... is the second time this has happened. I?m not sure if it?s chocolate or what, but there?s this black/dark brown substance thatfloats its way to the top of my cups when I get mango Italian ice. I don?t like that and it kinda makes me back off of Rita?s Ihonestly hope it?s chocolate with all of my heart! And if it is, please clean your machines either way because someone could beallergic to chocolate, it?s unsanitary, and (in my case) some people may be allergic to filth???? please fix this because Ireally love Rita?s! This is my go to place for dessert, especially on a date with my fiance. The staff will take care of you and they have been... doing well in this pandemic. I highly recommend the Oreo gelato or the root beer gelato with vanilla custard on top. Theconcrete is pretty good too and the closest thing you get to a Blizzard if that's your go to type of dessert. Read more

Sorry, I enjoy your product, but right now I've seen that none of the employees are wearing mask/gloves, and no one is... practicing social distancing. The employees are very close together in the store and need better protection for their own sake,as well as for the customers who they serve. Also there needs to be a more aware attempt to have customers social distancing aswell. I will remove this review if a change is made, but I saw these conditions the other day and left without even getting inline. We all need to do our part right now. Read more

I think that Rita's is great! The food is definitely great. So great, that the only problem is they fill their cups very low. If... you get a cone, they load you up! If you get a bowl.. you get what you paid for. If you get a cup though, you'll look inside andnotice there's a big dent in the middle. They never fill the cups all the way.
