I went to get a bagel and first experience was the bagel was the size of a dime, and when I bit into it, it was hard and stale.... I tried calling the store to let them know their bagels were stale and the woman who answered actually told me I needed to orderit twice toasted so I wouldn't notice! Um, what?!? And twice toasted, I don't want burnt food. Don't serve stale food to yourcustomers and serve a bagel that's the size of a bagel and not a donut hole. Read more

We are regulars at this location, and like to sit outdoors to drink our orders. In the summer, shade is essential. They do have... 2 nice shaded tables; however, for the past few months, the same gentleman (who appears not to be a customer, as he brings foodwith him and goes next door to McDonalds for drinks) is taking up one of them, with 2 laptops plugged in next to him, all dayevery day. Now there appears to be a second gentleman doing the same thing. I like the baristas and it's a good store, but thisis annoying, as a paying customer. Read more
This is my local Starbucks and lately I?ve had nothing but problems with this location. My drink was given to me only 2/3 of the... way full! I also have asked for substitutions and gotten my drink messed up. I got it remade but there was so much attitude inthe women who took my order. I was not rude or anything, I hate having things remade but my drink was no where near correct. Iguess I will be going out of my way to go to another location, maybe have better luck elsewhere.
