This Starbucks, like many merchants, has started the manipulation of enforcing point of sales "Tipping." I go to this location... several times a week, and not only has the price of my flat white gone up 30cents, not only do they no longer give a "sleeve"for your hot coffee if you order a "tall," but now the tag line when I insert my debit card is the Barista asking me to answeran additional "question" about "tipping." So let me get this straight; you raise the price, give me no sleeve and expect me totip your workers Starbucks? Absolutely not. I will be using cash only, exact change going forward. You would think paying $13 for two drinks that they would be made correctly. My drink was just milk and my fiancés drink didn?t... even fill up her cup fully and wasn?t made correctly. Paid for a grande for her and she got the amount of a tall. Disappointing. Read more

Ham and Swiss croissant and a tall hot chocolate is my favorites at Starbucks! I love the muffins and bagels with cream cheese!
Former barista & coffee master/shift supervisor and I would never ever write a bad review without good reason - every single... time I?ve come to this location I have waited 20-30 minutes inside or drive thru - 80% of the time my order is wrong andbeverage quality has never been consistent or up to standard. Needs major reinforcements and training to ensure speed orservice, quality and cleanliness. Read more
Slow, slow, slow! Not sure why this drive thru is so painfully slow every time I visit. Sometimes I'll intentionally pass this... one to go to the other Starbucks down the road knowing I'd be stuck here for 20 mins. Otherwise they (of course being Starbucks)make great coffee. Read more
Always a long wait through drive through! And it?s a hit and miss on how your coffee comes out! Very personable staff! But the... drive through and the quality of drinks could use some work! I refuse to pay 10 bucks for a coffee when it can?t be made right! Read more
Even when you ask for cream they barely give you any or don't at all. Has anybody else noticed the holiday cups are super... weak.. or maybe it's the lids? Either way not hot drink friendly. Definitely double cup is needed. As always the people aresuper friendly! Read more
