I liked it. I generally rate franchises like this as 4 stars unless they are noticeably exceptional for one of its type, or... awful if not so great. This franchise was everything you'd expect from a Starbucks - friendly staff, good location, food prepand presentation typical Starbuck's, clean and well maintained. My sister and I had excellent service from Tyler. I was very impressed with his hardwork. Especially considering he was the only... one working. He was running the register and fixing the drinks.
