Refused to refill our drinks as we have been doing for 5 years at multiple target Starbucks, even that one.
It?s a shame this Starbucks quality of customer service is going down hill. Yesterday I asked how fresh the coffee was and the... two women couldn?t tell me. One of then shrugged her shoulders and just said their both made at the same time. This morning Istopped by and it was closed just an hour and a half after they opened. There was an employee on her cell phone sitting at atable that I recognized and she told me she was closed because she had to take a break.
