I went to this location at 9:41 and the young lady said to me that they were closed. Not only did she tell me that incorrect... info she also informed the 5 people in the back of me also? I?ve had a great experience with this location until Now. Thishappened on a Friday night 5/27/22 when the store hours clearly stated 9:00pm not 8:41pm. ????????????. FIX IT!!! Read more

Ordered sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot long to split with my husband and the two trays of chicken they put on the sub did not... even cover the length. When it came time for the extras I could not believe how stingy they were with the onions, black olives,etc. For the price you pay you should be happy. I was not and for that I will not be visiting this location again. Read more

My husband and I went to Subway in Loehmanns Plaza. As my husband began to give his order the lady Ms. T. (short black lady with... glasses... had on a mask, so her face was not exposed for more details) spoke over my husband telling him that she could notremember his order because she is working by herself. So my husband said each item one at a time for both of his subs. She beganto make his subs with aggression. As I began to give her the order for the 3 subs that I was ordering, after she made the secondsub, she walked away to let another employee in. When she began to make my last sub, she asked me if I have any more sandwichesto be made, I told her no and ask why she asked me. She stated with a nasty attitude, telling me that because there is acustomer behind me that she need to get to. Then she began to make other remarks to me. Then with her nasty attitude, sheproceeded to tell me that we did not like it, we can leave. We decided to leave, but I asked her name to make a complaint. Ialso asked for the owner of the location contact information, she grabbed a card and threw it on the counter at me. She blurtedher name out and I did not understand what she said, so I asked her name again. Her response was, I already told you one timeand walked to the back, while the other employee took care of the customer that was waiting behind me. As, I waited to ask theother employee what that lady name was.... the lady yelled from the back still making remarks at me, then saying, oh so yallstill here. Threating to call security. I asked the other employee her name, she said that she does not know and that they callher Ms. T. I will be filing the complaint with Subway Corporation and will never visit that location or recommend anyone to thatlocation. A star have to be selected to post, but I give no stars for this location with Ms. T with the nasty aggressiveattitude. Read more

First time at this location and very disappointed. Placed a mobile order, wasn't even started when I arrived. Paid extra for... avocado but didn't get it, also asked for the sauce on the side under special instructions, my food is swimming in sauce. I wasin a hurry and didn't have the time to make them redo it. Read more

I really like this subway, because they are literally 5 min's from my house! It's always clean & the workers are always pleasant... & do their hardest to accommodate you. I have fallen in love with the bbq chicken sub, but, they need to have it soaking in thebbq sauce. Just adding it too the chicken after putting it on the sub is not good, u just barely taste it on the chicken & thebread soaks most of it up! That's the only reason I gave 4 stars!! Fix this, & I will be in several times a week for my new favsub!!! TY!!! Read more

I typically have really good service here, and I?ve never had an issue until today! Me and my 7 year old go in, to get 3 subs,... my sub, was a tomato basil turkey, bacon, guacamole wrap! After they put the meat on my wrap, I asked three times to havecheese put on, then I said ok, IL ask after they heat my sub up, I said can you toast my sub, both employees said no, we don?ttoast these wraps, I said I understand, but I like my sub toasted and I?ve gotten like that at other spots, They literally satthere and argued with me about me getting my own wrap toasted, then after the wrap finally got put in and come back out, I hadto ask again for cheese, the sandwich was still cold in the middle, not sure IL go back to this spot, didn?t understand theissue with heating my wrap up, I remained respectful and courteous, but believe I will take my businesses elsewhere; and avoidthis spot! It?s not up to an employee to tell a customer how to have their sandwich or wrap, or what they will or won?t to acustomers asking for something, I wasn?t asking for anything out of the ordinary, and didn?t appreciate what happen today! My 7year old even asked me when we left why didn?t they just toast it! Read more
