Don't waste your time here, keep driving. One mile away there is a phenomenal subway at providence Square. Unfortunately, last... night I pulled up in front of the Arrowhead Plaza Subway on Princess Anne Rd. a couple minutes after 8pm. As I was entering mypickup order on the app, the young man sees me (as I'm the only car there), he turns off the open sign and leaves at 8:15pm. Hewalks into the convenience store next door, comes back a minute later and lets himself back in the subway without turning backon the OPEN sign. So I'm think he needed something maybe....Tylenol, chewing gum, whatever, no big deal, idc.... I just want mytuna melt and a good night's sleep. BTW kid walked right past my car twice, obviously knows I'm ordering. #sorude Confused andapprehensive by now, I approach the door (wearing my mask, of course) and knock. He opens the door a fraction of a centimeterand tells me his manager has authorized him to close and secure this location early as he is the only worker there tonight. Heapologizes. The food quality is good, but the service was not. The ladies were rushing and very short with customers. Because of them... rushing they kept making mistakes and dropped my food on the floor. I understand people want fast service, but there still needsto be a standard of quality. Will not return. Read more
