Horrible drive-through. Person working the drive-through asked me to wait after they still hadn?t spoken for five minutes and I... said hello. They very rudely said I asked you to wait so wait. Drive-thrus are supposed to be fast I was stuck in thedrive-through line with no way to exit for over 15 minutes. Read more
So as I sit in the mobile pickup spot at 615 (arrived at 6 and had to go through the drive thru) for a 545 order pick up because... the doors were locked. We had to go through the drive through again. This is only one of many instances this particular TacoBell has messed up our order. Several times we've been here and all but the last time there has been food missing. Here's thekicker about tonight, it's not even busy, and our order isn't ready. Well, thats because there is only 1 person making food (OnHalloween Night). And we were told the order just popped up 15 minutes (its 615) ago. This is the only Taco Bell that is at least consistently open. The other one apparently closes now before 11PM!! I would... recommend this Taco Bell if you are over on this side of town and looking for a bite to eat a little later in the evening! Read more
Did a mobile order for inside pickup only to find that the doors were locked like usual, called and the person who picked up the... phone was very rude and insisted I wait in the over ten car line. This defeats the purpose of letting me order online. Read more
