It's actually a hit or miss with this location. 7 out of 10 visits something always wrong with order. Fast service and polite... though. Usually visiting between midnight and close so not too busy. Oh and my daughter and me love it when the cutie is workinglate night handing out the orders. Have to catch his name next time . Lol Read more
Employees were very courteous and friendly. Our order was served up quick and better yet... accurate!! Food tasted fresh and the... store was clean. We noticed that customers who came in after us received the same speedy, accurate & friendly service. We wereeven asked how our meal was and if everything was served as ordered. Saturday evening I experienced an ill-mannered condition with the shift manager ?J? me and my family were traveling in town for... funeral when we decided to grab an bite from Taco Bell. 1. We sat in a empty drive-thru for numerous of minutes waiting to begreeted. 2. The employees were BEYOND discourteous. When I ordered at menu I was in a rush being that the girl who took myorder was VERY annoyed and semi irritated I wasn?t fully able to decide on what I wanted exactly. Furthermore when I got to thewindow before any cash was exchanged ((processed)) I asked to I bump my order up more which would lead my family to more foodfor a couple more cents.. why NOT?? She then went to process the order and take payment.. a couple seconds later (J) then cameand belligerently handed me my food with a gloomy, tetchy, irritated attitude. I?ve never felt so regretful, nervous, anddiscompose in my LIFE! I then kept my composure being that this is a public restaurant and you have to actually think beforereacting. I then went to call Taco Bell 6x no answer until the 7th and they called me a GM would be in during the morning . Ialso want to add that J seemed to be a bully the team member told me me ?I?m sorry for that he always acts like that, I hope youenjoy.? if i could put no stars i would received my order through drive thu and then parked in parking lot immediately to check my order... because i had ordered two boxes and there was only one and a bag. Did not receive 3 items so i went inside to tell the staff/getit. after waiting 5 minutes with no one in front of me but others behind me (that left because of wait) i finally told them ihad missing items and staff from back food line said "no she isn't i made 1 potato and one taco,i know it) i had actuallyordered 3 potatoes and additional hard tacos that were missing. i told the employee who was helping me that due to the otheremployee's response i would be more than happy to go get my bags and box to prove it and an employee can join me to show I'mbeing honest. and she said something else i couldn't hear. when i did actually get to eat all of our tacos , gordita andchalupa were not even close to half filled and there were 4 french fries in the fries. Fantastic service through drive thru. Within 2 minutes including Time to order and pay the food was ready and in my hands. The... staff were professional and fast. Food was fresh and correctly made. Food is normally good here when the manager is working. After he leaves it goes down hill. Ordered burritos and tacos and... needless to say when we got home they packaged the burritos on top of the tacos. Flattened them like a sheet of paper. Read more
The cashier at the drive thru gave excellent customer service. Some of her coworkers were a bit loud, but not overwhelmingly.... The food was basically what I paid for...just okay. No real complaints except that it could have had a bit more lettuce (tacos). Read more
