I would give 0 stars if possible. Do Not Go To This Location It was this past Saturday around 11:30 pm I pulled up to... drive-throughough. This location has a high tech screen and I saw the nacho cheese fry box for $5 so I'm like yeah that looksgood and I told the intercom person I want 2. As soon as I said that their high faluten screen changed to the next slide whichthen displayed the deluxe box with nacho cheese fries. When the intercom person repeated my order I said "hey can I change thatto the deluxe box?" And I was greeted with a different voice that was sassy and rude tone "did you mean the deluxe craving box?" I said "no not at first but now I want to change it " and somehow her voice got sassier when she replied with "you need to bemore specific when you order because those are two very different things " and then the original person wrapped up the rest ofthe order. I pulled up to the window and when the person opened the window I asked them who was it that beeped over they said"my manager" and I asked for the managers name and the person goes "I have to ask her if I can give out her name" and sure assugar she denied permission to give out her name. I live around the corner, on the way home just trying to swing by after being deployed for 10 months overseas and waiting going... through the drive thru for over 20 minutes, I was told by their rude and lazy employee that they couldn?t take my order on mymotorcycle. Unbelievable, hopefully their management find better people. Read more
The people that work at this Taco Bell are always friendly and you can understand them clearly when you're placing your order at... the drive-thru they repeat the order to make sure they got it right which I really appreciate. The only thing I'd say is theyforgot to put a spoon in my bag & I ordered a pintos and cheese, you need a spoon for that. But other than that the service isso good I'm giving them five stars. I definitely recommend this Taco Bell for your Taco Bell eats. Read more
I would not recommend this store for any ?complicated? orders [I mean with more than one or two items]. Got home and found they... had missed two items. Tried to call but the phone was constantly busy. So I went back, explained the problem, and was?rewarded? with an extra order of Cinnamon Twists. .. . Whoopeee!!!!!! After I got home the second time, I then discovered thattwo of the items I?d already passed out contained Black Beans, instead of refried beans. I have another Taco Bell just as closeon Virginia Beach Blvd ? THEY will have my future patronage. Read more
The staff are in their own world. I went through the drive thru after waiting 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. The food... unfortunately was cold. Waited another 5 minutes to get food with only 1 other car in the drive thru. Taco was soggy. Wouldnever recommend this location or these employees who work here. Read more

I ordered two Doritos Tacos. Not only were both taco shells broken, my kids found a long white hair in my sons taco! We tried... to call 4236 Holland rd location and no one picked up the phone.
