Stopped in today after my daughters softball game at the Princess Anne complex. We saw your restaurant that morning when we... drove in and said hey that sounds good for lunch. We also say a sign kids eat free on Sundays. Even better. So after a long dayat the field our 2 little ones were knocked out. I went inside to order and inquired about the kids eat free. And was instantlymeet with resistance about the promotion. The cashier said I had to eat in to get the promotion. I tried to explain to her thatmy kids were sleep and we just wanted to get something quick and go home. I even offered to go take pictures of them. She askedher manager and the reply I received was customers don?t have integrity and can?t take it to go. Her exact words. So I left.Also your only advertisement for the kids eat free on Sunday faces a busy road with no walking access. If you have fine print onit it?s impossible to see safely as you drive by. If your policy is to have this as eat in only please just display thatlarger. And if a customer asks to speak to a manager a manager should come up and not just pass messages between a customer anda subordinate. We used to love coming to you all, but for the past several months the food has not seemed up to par. I usually order a regular... chicken bowl with white rice and ask for extra chicken. Either I?m not receiving the amount of chicken I?ve paid for(such as Idid in the past) or the rice has not been cooked properly. It?s either hard, crunchy, or has mushy/ pasty/starchy taste andtexture... But this most recent time on 8/26/22 (order placed between 5:20-5:40pm) My husband complained of bad stomach painsafter eating his meal. He ordered a spicy bowl with fried rice and extra chicken, which unfortunately was extremely greasy.Also, a few strips of my regular chicken bowl was undercooked. I know when dark meat is cooked/smoked it at time turns pink, butthis was raw. I?m unsure if it?s a specific staff member(s) that works evenings/weekends is being careless or honestly doesn?tknow proper food handling, but we will not be returning. Read more

Very flavorful food. Only downside is that it's a bid pricey for how much meat you get.

Wish I could give zero stars, but it made me pick one. I?d actually give this place negative stars. I will never step foot into... Teriyaki Madness again. First, I was the ONLY customer there, walked in for first time to grab some takeout on my way to work.The cashier snubbed me when I asked if the tofu was GF, then asked the cooks who sort of laughed it off but said yes. Not surewhy that is funny as a lot of places serve breaded tofu. I placed my order and gave my name and sat at a table to wait. Ifigured it would take maybe 5 minutes since it is a counter service restaurant. I sat there for 20 minutes!! Meanwhile themanager was doing first day paperwork with a new employee, and the two cooks were very clearly and incessantly flirting in thekitchen while I sat there and waited and waited. I finally got up and asked the cashier how much longer is it going to be, Ididn?t know it would take this long. She said ?What?? I repeated the question and said ?I have to get to work?. She then said?oh let me ask, they had a big order?. Mind you, I was the only in store customer. If they had a big takeout order and one instore order, they should?ve went ahead and made it. But then come to find out, it was already done, but the two flirting cooksdidn?t even serve it to me. It was just sitting there, while I waited forever. Terrible experience, and the food was gross.Mushy, over sauced tofu that went in the trash and I?ll make sure if anyone asks me about Teriyaki Madness, I?ll tell them it?spoorly, poorly managed! My husband spent over $50 here and it had gone downhill fast. Coming from a previous worker I know how things are supposed to be... ran and that?s not how this location is doing things. Our chicken was extremely fatty and slimy, they got half or our orderincorrect. For this place to be so expensive they should really have it all together. The rice is okay though. Read more

This was my first time here. I am vegan so I was excited to see that they had the tofu option for me. The food was hot and well... seasoned. I am definitely recommending teriyaki madness to my friends and family! Read more

Thoroughly enjoyed the service and food. My son calls this upscale fast food and I will agree. . Deserving of another visit.
