Ordered 3 wraps for pick up. All 3 were cold, disgusting and were mostly filled with just lettuce that was half brown and old. .... Not more then 3 pieces of chicken in them. This is almost sadistic. Someone had to go out of their way to make these wraps soterribly. Read more

Walked into the store it was obvious that the two girls behind the counter were new they didn't know what they were doing. I... order a lean machine and a Chipotle chicken club flatbread immediately my order is fulfilled I thought that's strange that wasreally fast. When I tried the food it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there for a couple hours. When I walk back into the store I heard the guy behind the counter say to the girls " Those last two orders I just gave them what was left overfrom orders from this morning so I didn't have to make them again." The guy didn't know I was standing there but the girls didand the look of shock on their face was priceless because they knew what he did was wrong I did not have him remake the foodbecause with that type of mentality I was afraid he would do something to my food. I also found when I'm purchasing my food thatthe terminal is asking me the tip before I received my food which obviously is going to motivate somebody to not do a good jobon my food if I don't tip so I'm being strong armed and the tipping. Since when do I have to tip to order a meal at a fast foodrestaurant? I don't have to tip when I go to Chick-fil-A or Wendy's or Hardee's.... This place is such a disappointment. Read more

I love TSC but my kale apple salad today was not fresh...it was full of brown bits of kale n brownish apple slices...it also had... a bitter taste which leads me to believe is was time to toss out this batch. Ive had much better and this is usually my favesnack. Read more

My wife and I made a mistake of ordering at the wrong Tropical Scottie which was 40 minutes from where we were. So we called to... cancel the order but the lady manager said they were busy and she was not going to cancel the order and hung up the phone on mywife. So, we decided to drive there to get or money back do to her being rude to my wife. When we got there I told the managerit was very unprofessional and I wanted the refund. She finally said she would refund the money but ask can she take the nextcustomer order so I said fine. Well she then said she?s taking another customer order and she will not cancel the order aftertaking my bank card. This makes her a liar as well. She then took my bank card and throw it at me from her counter andexpected me to pick it up. I called the authorities on her after my wife try to calm her down and she said some choice words Iwill not repeat. I remain calm and said to my wife leave leave before it gets completely out of hand. I did contact TropicalSmoothie Corporate office and I will follow through.
