A new waitress I think she did a very bad customer service she charged us extra for plastic silverware because it was only for... takeout and she didn?t even bother to give us the proper silverware. She took 15 minutes until she finally served us and shedidn?t even bother to give us the things we asked for like ketchup and cream. I?m a regular at this location and never had aproblem until this waitress. She was rude when we confronted her and messed up our order 3 times she keeps saying she was?getting to us? and I understood because I used to be a waitress but cmon now what is this kind of customer service.left no tipand if I wanted to I should?ve called the manager on her. Waffle House is a simple yet tasty place! Me and my family visited this facility for the first time, and the staff here is so... friendly! I can?t quite remember the name of our ?waiter?, but he was just so friendly! Everything was amazingly good, and meand my family (a family of four) all até for less than 20 bucks. We love it! Good morning. I went to this restaurant 7am on 7/29. I order a all American with 2 egg breakfast. Our waitress was clearly high... on something as she wobbled while standing, she also would nod out at the counter and she had a twisted mouth with it. I work inthe medical field and these are all classic signs of drug use. The cook went into the fridge for bacon and was in there almost10 minutes while wobbling also. We were the only couple in the establishment. My husband ordered double hash browns all the waybut it was missing alot. No ham, tomatoes, onions and all the other toppings. It just had chili and gravy. I asked to speak tothe manager because our order was busy messed up consistently. Art was no help and had a attitude from the beginning. I said youknow both these females are high right? One female yells i am not high while the other stands at the end of the counter noddingand i point to her. Sometimes they tell me they dont do takeout when its roughly 80% + capacity. I assume its because we typically visit 2-3 times a... month on Sunday's or Saturday's and im ordering for my family of 5. But the foods always really good. Wish they could upgradethe ordering dynamic ie opt out of paper and have an upgraded digital system for a more fluid process but everything's alwaysgreat. Read more
Food was good. They did well for only two of them working. The apple juice comes in the square juice boxes. Thin waffles, still... tasty and you can add things like peanut butter chips or chocolate chips to them for ¢50. For my bigger folks the booths arekinda small my waist is about 55in and I had some room but not a ton. Read more
I got a BLT. They almost forgot the T, but my server spotted the mishap and corrected it. My server,, Brandi was wonderful.
It's a great place eat if you have money if you are poor with little bit of pocket money don't go here they won't give you a... good service. Read more
