Terrible Service. All I wanted was 2 turkey bowls. They lied saying it was on their menu. The manager came over and charged me... extra for one bowl and hit enter ticket 664 so I had to make a second ticket which became ticket 671 after waiting for my secondbowl over ten minutes thry told me to put in another ticket. This ticket was 751. It had been at least 20 minutes from when Ifirst asked for help and when I finally got my first bowl, so I asked for the 3rd bowl since they had me order it. I feltscammed ripped off and annoyed with how poorly I was treated. I asked for an extra bowl since my number went from 664 to 751they said they could give me a coffee or a soda. (No help since I already paid for my drinks) The Manager was unable to make upfor waiting close to half an hour (and being essentially cut in front of by other guests). Won?t be back. Read more

I love my neighborhood Wawa and all of the people inside that work to make this one of the best locations!

Maybe one of the worst WaWa I been to in a long time. They were out of several hot coffee and when I asked about it they replied... can't get to it right now. My wife tried to get cold coffee and they gave us same line "can't change it right now". Talk aboutzero customer service. Maybe its time to hire new help that can keep things in stock. By law if a product is placed in the wrong place under the wrong price. The store manager has to honor it. Apples says $1.09.... When i went to pay they charged me $3.45. I showed "manager" Keon that they are wrongly placed. I expressed how they aresupposed to be moved. Products are not allowed to be advertised under the wrong price knownly. Keon said "I will not be movingthe apples from there, nor the price". Please train your managers properly. Keon immediately started sweating, shaking,accusing me of yelling(which i did not, theres no reason to), and got very aggitated very quickly. Then he had a laughing attackwhich I assume was a panick attack. Im not sure what happened there. All I ask is to have better faces and personas representyour store. One star is a true stretch for this place. I came in at 11:00 p.m. on Monday night 06/20. The bathroom was pitiful. Throw up all... over the toilet, stunk so bad, and the sink/mirror were disgusting. The employees were so ignorant on this shift that it feltuncomfortable and uneasy talking to any of them. There's also this short guy acting like he runs the place. If he does he needsto be terminated immediately. I literally watched him tell a female customer that "he doesn't have a relationship with her so hedoes not need to make her drink". His language and lack of respect are the furthest thing from professional. I am a GeneralManager and I know a thing or two about how to run a business. If I ran this place like these people did tonight, I would expectmy company to fail. Worst gas station experience I have ever had. I can only hope this reaches someone who can change thisbefore it's to late. Read more

Dominique is rude and disrespectful and when i called for a manager Lilly was no better. Doordash is a job too. My order was... already 3 minutes late and basically she was like we don?t see it on the screen. Give it 5 minutes. No mam it?s already late.They reflects me. l ordered the new brisket sandwich which was $5.50 not enough brisket on a small bun .It's not worth the $5.50 plus the wait... with 2 ladies working during the rush hours. I'll be going elsewhere gladly l had a gift card. Read more

I went to the usual Wawa that I go to in the mornings and order the same scrambled eggs and bacon. This is my usual menu. But... this morning happened to be the worst of the worst. I get to work and in my surprise when I open the bag, I had less than aportion of what is usually pay for and what the picture depicts. I called the store and ask to speak to the manager. The personwho answered said he was the manager and that he was most likely the person who made me the scrabbles eggs and bacon. He saidthat was the correct portion. So I explained that this is not what I paid for, but he insisted. He started talking over metrying to explained that I was wrong. I told him that I will not go to his store anymore. He kept trying to talk over me withexcuses that that is the correct portion and that he is trying to be willing to give me a refund. I don?t have the time to goback and get it corrected. I?m at work. Should had it done right the first time. He continued trying to speak ove me so I hungup. Never again will I waste my money at that Wawa. That manager needs management classes.
