Took forever. Staff was rude. Sign on door said ?dining room open? but they wouldn?t unlock the doors because they are too lazy... to clean the dining room. When I finally did get my food it was cold and literally leaking sauce through the wrapper and thebag. Absolutely horrible. Read more

Terrible customer service especially today?s lunch time drive thru crew. I asked for a burger with no onions and still received... onions. They didn?t want to provide me with my drink I had to ask for my drink when asked I got attitude. Some of the employeeshave the hood mentality. Not customer friendly. This location was actually quite a pleasurable experience. Food was good, staff attitude was great. I ordered a strawberry... frosty for my son in error and the kind gentleman gave me a chocolate one at no extra charge. I ended up giving the smallstrawberry Frosty away to a hard-working Road Crewman that was waiting for his meal. Read more
Yes they are rude. Truly truly rude but there is nothing that is going to change it because they work on a military base and... they know military that don't have cars or can only go there for lunch, their attitude is not going to matter. Whenever I gothere no matter how nice I am they are rude. Just take it as it is at this point. They are not going to be fired. I have gonethere early and late somehow all work shift is the same. Best is order your food, be quiet, pay, take food, say thank you, andleave. Read more
