Almost an hour in the drive thru, should've left a lot earlier but did not. Then we didn't even get an apology, just a comment... that they only had 5 people working. Then to top it off, barely warm fries and cold sandwiches. I don't advise going to ViroquaMcDonald's drive thru, and this was 8 pm! Read more

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at McDonald's in a long time. It took longer than expected to order. The person... handing out food seemed to be very confused about which order belonged to whom. After about 5 minutes, we got our food. We weremissing fries. Went back inside to get them. Asked for 4 apple pies with my order. Was told ( after I paid) there were only 2 apple pies left, would I like a cookie. I said... could I get a cinnamon roll. The answer was yes. I was given all the rest of my order and asked to pull up and wait for the 2pies and roll. I did. 2 ( not one) 2 employees brought out the bagand asked 2 apple pies? We saw Panic! at The Disco. They were organized, it was clean and the show was great. Prices of drinks are insane tho and you... can't take the bottle if you get a bottle of water! Crazy! Read more
I know help is difficult now but. Wife's fish sandwich bottom was hard, my sandwiches were lukewarm. Waited in line 20 minutes.... I have had issues with mcd in past but this is worst experience yet. Sorry just being honest. Read more
