We picked up 6 foot longs, 3 of which were cold cut combos. Those cold cut combos only had bologna! Who goes to Subway for... bologna sub??!! Mgr. named Ronnie said that the meat is packaged somewhere else for the sandwiches it wasn't their fault. I'msorry but when you advertise 3 meats, we want 3 meats. Mgr. said she was sending me her cell number so I could send her apicture. She didn't send her number. If they screw up your order it's your fault. She has no intention of making this right.Horrible way to run a business. I'll be calling corporate. Read more
very nice staff, good food, first day job of a new young man working the cash register---he was a little nervous yet friendly.... The senior staff lady guided him with patience & kindness. A good place to go! Read more
My husband and I went there last night about 6:15 for supper. They didn't have any wheat when we got there so I got Italian... herbs and cheese. When I got home and started eating didn't taste very well at all. The bread was not cooked all the way thoughit was nasty and all doughy. The employees just blamed it on the day shift when my husband took it back in to the store. Read more
Got 2 foot longs and it took the girl serving me took about 6 minutes just to proccess somebody walked in the door then... repeatedly asked what next cutting me off, at the end of it all she looked at me like a deer in headlights and gave me 1 napkin.I think a decent iq score should be required all jobs Read more
Went to the Viroqua Subway.. only one girl working cause she said someone called in. She was a rock star!! She made the order... ahead of mine(3 subs), mine(3 subs), and an order behind mine(4 subs) all with a smile and a positive attitude!! She had amazingcustomer service skills. She was friendly and never showed any type of frustration. The subs were great and she was an amazingemployee. Read more
The kids working today were overwhelmed. Two of them were not enough to meet the order demand. I commend them for keeping their... cool - they were definitely frustrated. One needed to jump between making sandwiches, the register, and refilling emptytoppings/condiments - that significantly slowed down the process. Our sandwiches were toasted but by the time I walked out withthem they had been lying on the assembly line for a while and weren?t warm anymore. I was glad to see they didn?t cut corners onhygiene practices, though. They were working as quickly as they could but another staff was absolutely needed. Read more
