Went through the drive through and was charged $35 for two combos and their limited time Curds(small cheese sticks). After a... long wait I wait longer for my food after having my money taken. When I received my food I was given my order less one fry. Ileft then had to turn around and go inside because I was given a double cheese burger that should have been a double plainburger with only ketchup. Sorry guys not returning. Read more

I just have to put it out there that this is the place to go for great food and the BEST ROOTBEER FLOATS! Prices are reasonable.... Burgers are so so good and the Coney hot dogs are soooo good. Fries are great. Big value for your money. Read more
Very quick service, and friendly staff. I could tell the shift leader was training at least one to two people and managed to do... that and serve the customers expertly. The Coney dog, on the other hand, was very runny and the bun barely held anything as itgot soggy and fell apart very quickly. Read more
Only a two star because they included an extra nail with my food. The food tasted horrible, don't even get me started on it..... There was human artifacts on my food. Weird goo and this nasty smell feet! I treated the workers nicely, as I always do butsomehow they still disrespect me. ???? I did like the extra nail and added it to my collection. Don't come here unless you wanta nail to add to your collection like me. Read more
I just went through the drive thru on Mooney (July 3rd, 5:15pm) and had the BEST experience. The staff was beyond nice and... friendly. This pregnant lady wanted chili cheese mini corn dogs and they didn't even hesitate to make them for me. They gaveboth my doodles a cup of whipped cream as well. With staffing so difficult these days, I was beyond impressed with all of theirawesome personalities and friendliness. They made my day and that takes a lot with how hormonal I am ???????? I was so excitedabout my corn dogs I drove off with out the freeze. I circled back and they apologized even though it was totally my fault andthey gave me an extra cup of ice cream to make up for it. Kudos to all 3 people I spoke to. Customer service is hard to come bybut I experienced it on a superior level today! Read more
Tisha was awesome and made sure our meal was complete. Being a manager she was very professional and polite made lunch very... pleasant. The workers on the afternoon shift were all busy working. Everyone seem to keep themselves busy even if there was only2 customers in the restaurant. Tony he really impressed me by working and staying busy the whole 30 minutes I was in to havelunch. With a smile on his face and very respectful. I give credit where credit is due. These two employees should berecognized. A&W you should be honored having two excellent workers like them. Read more
The drive thru was really smooth and went quickly. This is the A&W on Mooney in Visalia Ca. The food was delicious as always!... Went to the Winter Wonderland 2022 at Mooneys Grove Park. The kids enjoyed the show and we treated ourselves with burgers after.One of our favorite burger spots in town. Forgot to take pictures of the food, it disappeared fast. Read more
