We had a problem with our food and our waiter went above and beyond fixing it for us and making sure we were good. He was... extremely busy seeing as all his tables were full yet you couldn't tell. He was very attentive to us and the tables around us.They made my nephew's first experience eating out at an Applebee's an amazing one. He just kept saying I can't believe how nicethese people are. Good food and good service, what more does one need ????
Service was amazing but the food was not so great, it was OK but not great.. my husband eats EVERYTHING and couldn't stomach to... finish his bourbon chicken and shrimp dish, the mango strawberry margaritas were delish though. Read more
Its began great with amazing service but spiraled down hill when I found a piece of paper in my burger. The staff was nice... enough to get me another and took it off my overall bill. Waiting staff 4 starts cooking staff 2 stars overall 3 starts my kidsmeals seemed fine. Bartending overall 3 stars drinks seemed a bit watered down. Read more
????Applebee's, Me & my family came here for a late ???? night dinner so I ordered the double crunchy ????shrimp my favorite &... the french fries which was (cold & hard) & my daughter had ordered a Steak with mushrooms & the garlic mashed potatoes which shedidn't eat because (no flavor) & the $1 double crunchy shrimp 10 count but her steak was over cooked after coming to table on a"sizzling hot" metal plate & my granddaughter had ordered a steak also which was over cooked but not on a (hot metal plate)along with the french fries again which was (cold & hard) because they was out of the mac & cheese her favorite & the $1 doublecrunchy shrimp 11 count & her papa had ordered a steak & the garlic mashed potatoes in which he didn't eat either because (noflavor) & the $1 double crunchy shrimp 10 count but his steak was cooked perfectly & as you can see we had gotten someappetizers & they were delicious & yummy! ???? We called before coming here because Google showed the live data that it is busier than usual. Mind you, we have kids so we do... not want to wait long. The guy who answered said there is no wait and we would be seated upon arrival. We were no more than fiveminutes when I called, we get there and it turns out there is a 45 minute wait!! Yes, we chose to wait and eat becauseeverything else is closed or closing. Food was decent, the appetizer tasted better than the entrée. The spinach/artichoke dipwas my personal favorite.
