Love this franchise. Always will. The Mooney location, on 5/7/22 was disgusting. All tables were dirty, refrigerators have rust... melted ice cream at the bottom. The glass in front of the 31 Flavors of Ice Cream had finger prints, melted ice cream & whipcream smears all over the place. Just gross. Owners need to get on their employees. Read more

The area of establishment seems questionable. Really filthy outside the door, parking lot and exterior. Interior not as bad and... clean enough. The server had a very dry personality, and didn't serve ice cream from my perception equally. As if he wasdisinterested in doing job. Or simply didn't care about customer service. There blackberry hibiscus ice cream was divine.However I personally would drive to the tulare outlets if I was to choose Baskin Robbins. Or better yet just stick to coldstone, since there pricing is very similar!! As well as coldstone has better service and a more desirable menu. Read more

Just a bit disappointed that I went in with my family to get a milkshake and a chocolate blast just to be told they were out of... milk and didn't have a chocolate blast. The other location on Walnut gladly assured me that Baskin Robbins does indeed stillhave a chocolate blast though. Read more

The other day I went in because I had a coupon for a good deal on two sundaes and figured why not haven?t been here since the... new ownership takeover. Walked in the place was very clean and inviting. I went ahead and ordered the two sundaes but to mydisbelief the coupon didn?t work because we chose two different style sundaes. No biggie it wasn?t their fault somethingcorporate should have clearly specified. Nonetheless the manager still offered me a 20% discount for our trouble and sent us onour way. At the end I was satisfied with the service and the consistent quality of Baskin-Robbins Ice cream. Read more
