Went on my birthday last Sunday about noon. Service was slow. They got my wife's order wrong, and it took forever to get a... serving of wedge fries to our table I pack up my wings to go and paid my bill and the fries finally came out.... and tasted bad. It was not very busy, bar area was empty, dining area moderately busy. It was just not a great birthday lunch. Don't thinkI'll be back. Read more
We had our Fantasy football draft here and it started at 12pm. Nobody came to our table to serve us for almost an hour. I had to... go and ask for service. Come to find out nobody there wanted to serve us because our party was outside and it was tooinconvenient for the waitresses or waiters. Our waitress when we did finally get one was great and she did a wonderful job butother than that we felt neglected and it was an experience I?ll never want to go through again. Went here to watch fight night. Not sure why we?ve never done that before. Nice place to do such a thing. They turn the... commentary on for the main card. We liked the food as much as you can like a wing spot. The drink I had was good. Liked thepretzels more than the cheese curds. The portion of fries was very small. The chicken was just ok. Read more
Went in to have some lunch and a couple of beers with my wife. Happy hour. Had wings, beers, and onion rings. Very tasty and... they had sent me a half price voucher so I had a good meal for half the price. Read more
Me and my partner decided to come here, the lady helping us was fine, but was leaving for her lunch she reassured us that the... other servers would give us our food, but no one came, she came back from her lunch asked us if we got our food we still didn?t, 10 minutes later she brought the food it was cold. 40 minutes of waiting, people who came after us even got food before us andeven left before us! Throughout our eating she would just come randomly and snatch things off our table reaching over us, noteven saying anything. Usually people say ?can i take anything from off your table?? ?Can i get that for you?? Great value, excellent customer service, and delicious food.
Server is great- this is a kitchen issue. Ordered nachos with chicken- had to ask for a side of cheese and chicken because the... kitchen forgot them. Food was cold, except the pretzel knots. Ordered one of their advertised ?Dawgs? - got about half of whatthe picture showed (images included) For how much anything costs anymore , restaurants have to do better than this. Read more
Picked up an online order, staff was quick to greet me and check on the status of my order. I was early and they brought out my... order in a very timely manner. Wings we're a little over done. I didn't dine in but did notice the entry way needs someattention, it could use some deep cleaning. Establishment was very busy right around 5pm so I know the dinner time rush waskeeping everyone busy. Very pleased with staff/service. Read more
