This place must pick up McDonald's rejects, because they always get my order wrong. This time, I did a mobile order, and they... didn't know what to do with it, until after SEVERAL minutes of waiting, I explained to them I was there to pic it up (was dinein, but they bagged it "Togo"). This don't look like a sourdough king it looks like a sloppy sandwich, doesn't look nothing like on the menu
Order was not correct. Got shorted 2 whoppers opon return not apology or even a thank you. Burger where cold must have been the... ones they forgot to put in the bag. Horrible service and product. And on top of that this is a brand new restaurant and theirshake machine was " not working". Read more
I had not one bad experience but 2 the first time I went to burger king they refused to let me do 2 different transactions since... when can u not do 2 transactions thats crazy but i was like okay whatever but the 2nd one is the one that set me over the edgewhen they refused to help a truck driver i dont care if ur close u can tell them to walk thru the drive and you will help themnot say no i can't help ill get in trouble them walk away refusing service!!!!!! I'm very thankful I was there to help thisgentleman get a meal we do not thank these truck drivers enough with out them we wouldn't have anything.......they work day nnight to make sure the food companies have food stores have product we get our online ordered i being a truck drivers daughterwas heart broken that could have been my father that got turned away and not have been able to eat we don't do that u dint careif its day or night we help them!!!!!!! Ordering Whopper, Whopper Jr, 4 PC poppers, bottled water, and med iced coffee. $20.00. When I got home I looked at... receipt...They charged almost $8.00 for the Whopper. Those poppers were nasty. They needed salt and it tasted like imitationcheese. Gross. I'm trying to locate the receipt but I may have tossed it. Burger was good, but overcharged. I believe it's dueto location of being across highway of Wyndham Hotel and Visalia airport. One person eating, but using WiFi. No one at counter.A little bug belly up right outside door. Atmosphere and decor blah. I think this is place is new, but it's not NYC. Read more
