What a shyte show this place has become. We came in on Sunday 9/11/22 at 3pm and there was a line 12 customers deep. There was... only one very slow person at the counter preparing the food. We witnessed 2 workers laughing it up in the kitchen at the grilland about 4 people loitering around checking their phones and walking around like zombies. It took 3 people to dump the trashall the whole laughing and ignoring how many customers were in line. The counter was filthy with food splattered all over andof course there was empty containers by the time we got up there to order what we wanted. We were then told it would be severalminutes before they would have a new batch of sautéed peppers. I guess having it ready would have taken away from their timehooping and laughing it up in the back. What a shame, not going back ?. E V E R. Read more
Thank you chipotle staff for being concerned for my daughter and I while placing our order today. We appreciate it & are... thankful that there?s still good people who are out there concerned for others when something just isn?t right. Something in Chipotle's food gives me the absolute worst stomach pains known to man and no, this is not a food allergy. I... suspected maybe I was unable to break down avocado proteins, but that was quickly proven false when the rest of my familyinevitably got caught under this bus. It is the kind of pain that leaves you groaning in bed for hours on end as any kind ofmovement incites pain. What is in their food that makes it impossible to move afterwards? Walk up and see this.(see first photo below) Employees we ok nothing special just going threw the motions.(I get that) It... wasn't busy. Next asked for rice, reply we are out. I am thinking ok... this is how it is going to go.. Substandard portions. Stale chips. Pay. Then see this...(second photo). I had not been to a Chipotle since November. Food quality was good but portions were HORRIBLE. I got a chicken salad bowl and it barely filled half the bowl for... $12.53. Supposed to be ?Keto Bowl? with lots of cheese and guac. WOW! I mean, wow! I haven't tasted food like this in a long time. Maybe since I left San Diego, but IDK! I never had Chipotle... before and I was in the area so I took a chance! AMAZING! Its fast paced, the music is bumping and the food is great! I mighteven give up Taco Bell for week just to have Chipotle for a day! ???? The employees give you a genuine smile and there isn't aspeck of trash anywhere. Only two problems I noted while here was a overflowing trash can and a few unkempt tables, but thathappens. The food is good but if they're out of something for the kids meal like the crunchy tacos they will not let you substitute and... get extra chips to compensate for the lack of crunchy taco shells and forget about asking for one large drink instead of gettingtwo smalls zero substitutions allowed Wish they allowed substitutions would really make this a better place Read more
