I went in around 3am and ordered the nachos, the breakfast skillet w/ tortillas & scrambled eggs. The nachos were missing the... queso sauce the shredded cheese wasn?t melted and some spots of the food was cold. Also some chips tasted like they old. Theskillet tasted like it had no salt or pepper. The eggs were cold when they came out. Not only that the cook looked veryunprofessional wearing normal day to day clothes nd playing his music in the kitchen loud enough to hear it at my table. Amazing customer service especially Vannessa and Esmeralda!! Anytime I come through with my friends, they both always greet us... and makes the environment better. Tables and seats did not appear to be cleaned or even wiped down between customers. I was dining in very late, was greeted... promptly but the server did not check in often. Quality of food is mediocre. I have had better service during the day butquality of food is still not great. Read more
Worst meal I gave ever had! Ordered the ultimate complete and side of sausage with white toast.complete looked like a cow... thereupon it. Was topped and laced with spinach. Should not have any of that. Sausage links were cold. Toast Was not toastedjust warm bread. Very few customers since it was only 4:30 P..M. That cook should be Fired. Ordered to go. Bacon was perfectly crispy. French toast was moist and yummy. Also got pancakes - I won't add blueberries next... time..the cook had a heavy hand and there was barely any pancake. When I picked up my order, the two employees I encounteredwere whispering and laughing while gathering my order, which made me feel uncomfortable. Read more
