Disgusting, ordered 3 baked potatoes all tasted undercooked, hardly any cheese or sourcream on them. Mac and cheese side was... gross and tasted old, the rib I didn't eat because you can see how they packaged it, just put it in a wrapped that wasn't evenclosed when I received it. Place was clean, people were very nice. I hadn't been there before in Visalia's restaurant but have eaten it before. I wanted... to try the Burnt Ends and they didn't have any ready or at all I guess. So we went with the 2 kinds of chicken, potato salad,and a piece of toast and 2 drinks. It's a little pricey and you don't get a lot of food for your buck, and the potato salad wassweet not liking it that much. The sweet tea wasn't sweet...so she had to fix it. I called in and placed an order I wanted three potatoes and they advised me that they only had two left so I made my order with... those 2 and a 1/2 rack of ribs and when I got there the same guy that took my order told me that they just sold my two potatoesto an online order Then ask me if he can help me with anything else I am very disappointed in this establishment for having goodfood but poor customer service I drove across town wasted time and money the guy was lucky that I?ve humbled myself over theyears I will never go here again while the one in Visalia no thank you.. apparently placing an order over the phone doesn?tnecessarily mean you?ll get your order when you get there.. Food was old, cashier was over zealous to carryout customers (no fork, spoon or napkins) and management was pretentious.... Stating that they "did not know how to refund monies spent back to my card". I'm not even sure I would dine in at this facility. Read more
I went here for the first time yesterday and everything tasted delicious! I got the three meats combo with turkey, brisket and... sausage and their spicy sauce was one of the best spicy bbq sauce I?ve tasted! The staff is curteous and the restroom wasspotless! I highly recommend it for people looking for a quick bite and fast service when walking along downtown Visalia. Read more

Unfortunately I got food poisoning, I ate burnt brisket ends, something didn't taste right, later that night was awful.
