to the female employee w/the rockin' pink glasses you saved my life talking me off the ledge! im a regular at the dutch brothers... in kingsburg but i could not see those amazin people when i was at the rock bottom. i rolled into dutch brothers off the 99wantin to jump off a ledge not knowin what led me there and rockin' pink glasses asked if i was ok and be honest bout how my daywent. seemed like a person finally cared bout me. i told her some heavy trials and tribulations i went through. bless her soulshe aint even flinch at the things i said. she didnt pity me or nothin, she lifted me out the dark AND got my drink how i likeit. they listen at this dutch brothers! if its youre first time ever goin this employee is a must see must meet must interactwith female if you ever roll on into this dutch brothers! thank you rockin' pink glasses for saving my life w/the freeze androckin' soul. i lived to see a dozen more sunrises! I want to start by saying that Dutch Bros is my favorite coffee. But I've been to this location 3 times now, and they've made... my order wrong 3 times. And its not that they are serving me the wrong order, they are making the coffee wrong...it tastesgross, and this last time it made me sick to my stomach. The newest Visalia store recently opened, l love that it's right off Hwy 99. Their staff are friendly, makes drink suggestions... that are delicious & uplifting outlooks. Love all the drink choices & combinations ?? Read more
I stopped by to pick up a gift card and wanted to purchase a coffee drinkware cup for a gift. I was totally bummed that there... was nothing available. I asked the young man if he could call the other store. The line was busy. He did take the time to calland I was very thankful. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit because everyone behind the scenes were cheerful, laughing and full of life. I loved it because they enjoyed what they were doing and the way the world has been lately .This was definitely a goodplace for a Great Pick me up.. Keep up the great spirit...God Bless. Read more
For this place being a new in this area they aren't as packed as we thought they would be but they did have a few people coming... through. One guy outside taking forever on taking people's orders which caused a lady to come out cause he didn't have the carpull up properly but then she let 2 cars cut in front of us then by passed taking our order so then we got out to order insteadof waiting over 30 more minutes to even order in line & even then our order wasn't even made right.
