Love this new location, me and my coworkers enjoy coming here every other day for lunch pick ups. How ever, there's always some... items missing (chips, rice, beans) with every visit which is upsetting considering that its been more than 3 times. Read more

Really dry and burn chicken. Can't even chew the chicken so now is just a regular salad with no chicken. I give it no stars.... Very bad experience need new cooks or they just don't care on the service I will never go here again. It sucks because u giveother pollo locos a bad name. Read more

First time eating at El Pollo loco... I know.. I know.. ???? but was pretty good.. the reason I'm giving four stars it's because... you can tell the ingredients are fresh... the cilantro, the Pico salsa... the total price of our order was about 23 dollarsgive or take a few cents.. my wife got the loco box with a drink and the cilantro lime rice which was delicious ????.. I ordereda taco and a double chicken bowl myself the bowl itself had rice, chicken, beans, and your typical toppings.. over all waspretty good ???? Read more
