The biscuits got really small and my chicken was so small with no meat at all and burned. The mashed potatoes used to be my... favorite thing but now they have no flavor and the gravy is literally just water with brown coloring. Today I did have a badexperience with my mom at the drive thru the boy that took my order was in such a hurry that he stacked everything in the bagand gave the bag to my mom so fast that the gravy fell all over her lt was so hot but luckily I she had pants only her ankle gotpartly burned we asked to speak to the manager and she told us oh sorry it was an accident and closed the window in our face.This place used to be amazing but now it's just gross. The guy in drive thru was very rude. We asked to make our combos large and he said he couldn’t do that. Like how can u not... upgrade yur meal to large. They need to do a better job on customer service. Read more
This KFC on Walnut in Visalia is horrible. They constantly forget your food. When you tell them they forgot the workers act like... you are putting them out, then they toss your food in a bag upside down. And to top it off the manager stands by looking like hedoesn't know what us happening. He doesn't even offer to help. If I were you I would find a different KFC location in town. Read more

Ordering online is simple enough for take-out but at this specific location often times the order is not ready at the indicated... time (I understand this may be corporate overestimating things). With that in mind, I also understand they maybe understaffed(there was three employees there at 5pm and did not seem that busy though) but twenty five minutes after the indicated time andstill tending to new walk-in clients (and they getting food before me) prior to getting my order that has now been paid for 40to 45 minutes prior is stretching it a bit. The order was a 2-piece meal so nothing large that should lead to delays. Theservice here is sporadic from very good (on occassion) to this type of experience equated to a coin flip. Read more
They had their A game going at the drive thru. It was a little difficult to understand through the speaker, so it had to be... repeated several times. Wrong items in order. Superficial management team members on 2 occasions; and, deceptive stipulations not shared when completing... survey that affords the guest "buy 1 chicken sandwich get 1 free". Would not recommend this KFC. Read more
