Always a bad experience at this specific McDonald?s. Terrible customer service. Such rude workers. I ordered a frappe the same... way I order it all the time and she said no she can?t do that for me even though it was available on the app, so I ordered it onthe app, she then proceeded to change my order without telling me, then gave me cold and soggy fries, so I asked for them fresh,she snatched the bag and brought me back the same fries browned and HARD from being refried. This place has the rudest lady working there, she is a very heavy set white lady with a bowl cut of red hair with glasses, she... refused to give me the order because I tried to get her attention quietly, but she giggling and laughing with the otheremployees so I had to raise my voice a bit got them to hear me. I could clearly see me order was done and just sitting there soI asked her for it she said you can wait longer and helped another person behind me. Tried to tell her I wasn't being rude shejust couldn't hear me so I had to talk louder, then she started saying mean things and walked away. I have never been treatedthis way. Do not come here! The people that work here are teens who would rather talk to their friend who are visiting them than actually... work. So unprofessional, no customer service and seems like they?re only collecting a pay check. When asked forsupervisor/manager, she said to call 800 #. We couldn?t even finish our $50 worth of food in the store because we were souncomfortable with the service we received we ended leaving. I don?t eat here? but my kids love it, of course. Sometimes the toys aren?t great but sometimes they?re fun or cute. Kids meals... are affordable. I dislike ordering ahead because you?re very last priority and if they?re busy at all, you wait for aloooooongggg time. Their burgers are always over cooked and the buns are slightly hard. The fries are either overcooked or have been standing out... too long. They waited 20 minutes before telling the people in the drive-through that they were not placing orders for a while.They have the worst customer service. I have never waited so long in a drive through for them to tell me I can?t eat. Read more
DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!! My eleven year old son bit into an insect that was sandwiched in between the ingredients.... Currently making sure he does not have an allergy to that specific insect. If you read this review and have a good guess at whatthe insect may be; I would appreciate your insight. When we returned to this location with the contaminated burger they quicklyconfiscated and said they could do nothing. McDonald?s located on Noble in Visalia is not sanitary. This mcdonalds is the worst, your hours state open til midnight. Myself and 3 other cars were waiting to order and your employee... took one of the cars orders and ignored the rest. I heard them talk to the first car in line then they ignored the rest of usmaking is wait and never coming to the window. My mobile order was placed at 1130 I arrived at 1140 your were not closed.
