Called in an order and they told me 20 minutes. Husband went to pick it up 30 minutes later?to give them plenty of time. When he... arrived the pizza hadn?t been put in. We tried to eat there this evening and had the rudest service and left before we even ordered. The staff refused to let us eat... in a portion of the restaurant and wanted our party to split between two separate tables. They began picking up the salad bar anhour and a half before closing. I love pizza factory. I do. This is not my favorite location, but it is the closest. The pizza is great, but the prices are... high-but I don't mind that so much as great as the pizza is, and I get it, prices are rediculous on everything right now.
